  1. Wiiihhh Mbaaakk, gimana rasanya HM? Aku masih maju mundur pengen ikutan HM di Amsterdam nanti. Orang2 sini kalau lari ga tanggung2 waktunya secara kaki mereka panjang banget kayak galah, nah kakiku kan irit haha. Tapi lumayanlah Februari kemaren ikutan 10K di Den Haag ga urutan terakhir hehe

    • 12 minggu latihan will be oke sih. Gw juga leleweettttttttt kalo lari!!! Sering banget 2-3 peserta terakhir hahahaha
      Pelan pelan dinaikin jaraknya tapi jangan jump ya! Max 20% dari long run terakhir. Jadi misal 10km, 11km, 13km up to 19km semimggu sebelum D Day

      • Aku udah ditraining sama suami sejak Mei lalu mbak. Soalnya dia hobinya ikutan HM. Tapi pas puasa ini jeda ga latihan. Cuman lari ringan aja. Sekarang baru mulai lagi. Buatku yang penting lari ga keputus. Soalnya kalo sampe berenti, pasti akunya mualeess buat lari lagi, adanya malah jalan santai haha

        Well, good luck on your first HM! You can do it lah!! Do it for fun aja, yang penting finish! Toh ngga podium ini πŸ˜€
