App help : Nike Training Club

Sepertinya, saya akan daftar Full Marathon ke empat di bulan April kelak. No, it will not be in overseas :D. Jogja Marathon it is! Nobody can get enough of Jogjakarta, rite??

Untuk training plan, kali ini saya memilih time base. Jadi jadwal training base on waktu instead of harus berapa Km. Stress juga kalau lagi masa sibuk :-/

Tapi tetap sih ada easy run, ada interval run, 4x 4 mins continuous hilly run and long run. Seminggu cuma 3x. Peak training di suruh lari 3.5 jam.

Anyway, selain latihan lari, core training is a must! I know this is my weakness! Saya sampai kena plantar karena core saya yang lemah ini.

Karena tidak daftar gym, I do my training at home with the help of Nike Training Club- app. Sudah pernah cerita di sini.

And now, these are my favorite strength, stretching bla bla bla training!

Karena tidak punya medicine ball, pake barber biasa 3kg :))

For cool down after my run!
