Cookies Step by step techniques

Chocolate Chip Cookies at Their best

1 cup (1/2 lb) butter or margarine
1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
11/3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 egss
1 tbs vanila
1 tbs lemon juice
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/1/2 teaspoom salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, and I used it)
1/2 cup rolled oats (gue pake instant yang Quaker itu)
24 oz semisweet choclate chips (gue siy seadanya)
2 cups chopped waltnut (hihhihi, sok tau kambuh, gue pake slice almonds sisa aja)

How to :

  • In large bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter,shortening, granulated sugar, and brown sugar
  • on high speed until very lightly and fluffy (approx 5 minutes).
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Beat in vanila and lemon juice.
  • In another bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt and cinamon and oats.
  • Gradually, add the butter mixer blending throughly.
  • Stir in chocochips and walnuts.
  • Use a scant 1/4 cup dough for each cookies (gue siy…seseondok makan aja)
  • drop dough onto lighty greased baking sheets, spacing cookis about 3 inches apart,

Tips:
For soft cooking, bake in a 325 o F oven for 17 minutes to 19 minutes (+/- 160 o C)
For crisp cookies, bake in a 350 o F oven for 16-18 minutes (+/- 175 0 C) or until golder brown,
Transfer to racks and let cool
Store air tight.

hasilnya, karena gue pake cup beneran, mungkin gulanya kebanyakan …manis banget bow.
karena kertas roti gue entah kemana, gue ngoles loyang pake margarin ama tepung aja.
kata mbak lia, tepung bisa menghambat si cookies ‘meluber’. Please, cmiiw;;)

choco chips nya juga kurang banyak, beda penampakannya ama di bukunya.
tapi bisalah, tamu yang bertandang ke divisi gue, gue suguhi kue ini. *biasa, gaya2xan*
cucok buat minum teh dan kopi.
mbak nining , teh fifi dan teh molly, ayo buat, pasti lebih enak.
